IT HAS EVOLVED
things are moving fast on the hot sauce front. i'm nailing down the recipe and the consistency today. i've been attending the Upper Hutt Farmer's Market the past few weekends and testing the waters. it has been a really interesting process so far. completely different than sitting behind a computer all day let me tell you that much.
i'm trying to source some contract manufacturers at the moment. was up till 4am last night doing research and getting in touch with a few different companies - both of which got back to me this morning. let the learning continue. who wants to bank roll the first big batch?? any takers??
got a skype interview in 15 minutes so i have to run. thought i'd post the latest and greatest here first.
