WELCOME TO 2008
it is good to be back after a short visit to CA. don't get me wrong, i had a fantastic time visiting, seeing family and friends and gorging myself on mexican food among other things. it was fun turning pete on to mexican food and watching his reaction to enjoying something so simple as a a tortilla, beans, cheese and salsa.
the bummer was that both pete and i got sick while on our visit. its been a while since i had to cough up and enjoy yellow-green phlegm.
i came back with a tiny new camera so hopefully that'll allow me more freedom to wander around and shoot little visuals of my experiences to share.
chris pointed out viggo's photography book in a bookstore in santa monica. that made me play with the camera a little and come up with a bunch of shots like this...
