just a heads up...i'm cashing in on some spontaneity and i'm heading to the south island to walk around for a week. seemed like a good way to ring in the new year. that also means i'll be away from technology during this period for the most part should you be wishing communication. as a side bonus and something i'm pretty excited about...i'll FINALLY get to ride the ferry after almost 6 years of living here. more as time permits. have a joyous new year and don't forget to drink some water along with your booze.
