WHICH DIAPER MONKEY IS RESPONSIBLE ?

excuse me ... i'm gonna have a little rant right now. i got this wonderfully thoughtful gift from my parents recently. included amongst the contents of this gift was a beautiful stainless steel mixing bowl. what i want to know is which three fingered brainless diaper monkey had the genius idea to put a HARDCORE STICKER on the inside bottom of these bowls?!?

i've already fired off a vitriolic e-mail to the manufacturer expressing my complete and utter dissatisfaction with this inane decision. i'm hoping that will have some kind of positive effect on how these companies view their products which are leaving people with negative impressions such as the one i experienced.

how hard is it really to make a sticker that doesn't stick so much that you end up with a complete mess as in the photo above (and i was especially careful with my approach because i immediately saw the stupidity in this decision and knew it had the potential to turn ugly like it did)? have they even market tested this or do they even care? well, i'm sure they're caring about now after my e-mail yesterday. don't get me wrong, the bowl is beautiful and looks to be of total quality but i'm not about to give them any free advertising here. this is more aimed at ALL the idiots out there who are currently doing this.

long story short. i got that stupid sticker out of there but not without a gnarly fight. i ultimately ended up using hot water, soap, scrubby pad, index finger nail and lastly lighter fluid on a paper towel which visually ruined the finish of the inside of the bowl...something i'm not overly concerned about because it's gonna get scaped up in the end anyway...but still...

if anyone reading this knows any of these responsible diaper monkeys, do me a favor and sneak up behind them and give them a sharp whap upside the head for me. and if any of you reading this are that diaper monkey...please stop using these HARDCORE STICKERS on the INSIDE of the bowl. buy a vowel, get a clue.
