FIRST CHROMATIC DISPERSION

during the course of about a half hour or so while i was having a chat with ted in LA and pete in London this gnarly storm cast thick sheets of rain down upon wellington for a period no longer than 8 minutes. shortly there after as it began to clear, i was gifted with this wonderful chromatic dispersion also more commonly known as a rainbow. it ended right there on the suburb of melrose where paul lives. it's my first rainbow from the new pad. here's a question: do the bands in a rainbow always have the same order? why? find out
thank you rain and sun.
