SCRAPE SCRAPE BANG BANG !!
this is my scraping pyramid. a professional scraper's tool of choice, and one of my favorites.
it's a very infrequent thing when you can actually see the pain in one's neck. what you see here is the pain that was in my neck for about a half an hour...that is...until i got out my second favorite tool...the day glow orange pry bar (pictured along with pain).
the reason wood putty was invented.
it's sunday and i was supposed to work the big OT today. i backed out because, well, because i have that kind of control...that and i realized that i was close to finishing my shot from yesterday's bout with the big OT. i really could have used the cash but i was drawn to something more exciting, something more physical, something much dirtier. SCRAPING PAINT !
actually i got fed up with the computer and the task i was trying to accomplish so i shifted gears and decided to do a little more of the messy work on the house. the vinyl crap on the bathroom floor is ready to come up but i think i'll wait till we're closer to replacing it only because whats under it looks nasty and sticky. bathroom door frame is completely scraped now. was going to scrape some of the window frame...that is...until i got sucked into the rusty screw black hole which quickly pissed me off something fierce. will someone please invent something to prevent rusty screws/nails?. surely we can accomplish that simple task as humans? i beg of you.
side note: just made chicken vindaloo for the first time. dang spicy!
