WORDJAMM
wordjamm.com is ready for mass consumption. what's that..? oh yeah, wordjamm is a little collaborative creative writing website, inspired by my friends mark and mona lia who used to do something similar with friends way back when. put the control freak on hold, slap on your thinking cap, type in two e-mail addresses, scribble a few sentences and then hit the send button. i'm tellin ya, it's great fun once you get into the process and follow through to completion. if you want, start a wordjamm with me as i love the process and will happily participate with anyone whos curious.
basically, wordjamm a series of e-mail volleys (5 for each participant) where a story is started by one person and then successively built by each person as the e-mail volleys go back and forth. if you visit the site and have a quick look around, you'll see some of the already finished stories in the right hand column.
i welcome you to try wordjamm, then get back to me with any feedback - good, bad or otherwise. i already have a huge list of 2nd round design enhancements to make the process more streamlined and more user friendly. what you see there at the moment is the first round of development, so expect wordjamm.com to grow and evolve with time. it is by no means a finished product at current, but it does function as it was envisioned. it will only get better with time.
