i went out with the dive gang again and this time it was to cape evans dive hole right at the foot of mt erebus. their time is coming to a close here and they've wrapped up their environmental experiments and they'll all be heading off to various parts of the planet soon. bob and stacy to australia, jennifer to fiji and then back to california and andrew back to california.

here's a peek at bob's website where he's got a link to some of their experiences and photo journals during their time down here. they're all really great people and i'm hoping to be able to keep in touch with them over time. stacy showed me some video footage of a jellyfish she shot on a recent dive and it really was stunning. somehow i've now got this urge to dive under the antarctic ice and experience that.

i've got a lot of pics backed up in the camera so i'll have to get busy and throw together another photo gallery to share. ah, there just aren't enough hours in the day to do all the things i want to do. how can i eliminate sleep altogether? help?!?
