it's in the can
well, it's behind us now. the short film "Waiting for Burt Bacharach" is now completed and being submitted to the film festival we're having on jan 2nd. i have to throw a huge thanks out to bill and to mark for writing the thing and then to craige for shooting it. i had the lovely opportunity to try out the new sound gear for the first time. thanks for including me guys!
i'm flyin by the seat of my pants again with this LINK TO THE FLICK because we can't check quicktime movies from down here. if it should happen to NOT work, please do get in touch. it's a huge file (for the web) - 38 megs, so please be patient with it.

I took a look at the film but there'[s no sound. It's a little boring with no sound and doesn't hold my interest. Where is the sound?
is there sound on this flick? I can't hear it.
the film has sound as far as i know. if it's not operator error on that end, then all i can say is that maybe something got messed up in the transmission from down here.
i can't check the movies once i upload them so i rely on you people up there to let me know how it's going. when i get back up there and i discover that the movie actually doesn't have sound, i'll put another one online that does. my apologies if it in fact does not have sound.
